Mishkan (Tabernacle) Permanently Erected

The Mishkan (Tabernacle) was erected and inaugurated. Moshe completed the consecration rites of Aharon and his sons. Aharon performed the first sacrificial service. The Divine Presence (Shekhinah) descended upon the Mishkan (Vayikra 9; Shemot 40:17).
