First Omer Offering and Cessation of the Manna

The Omer offering was brought for the first time by the Israelites in Eretz Yisrael, and the counting of the Omer began (Vayikra 23:10-16). The manna ceased six days after entering the Land, and the people began eating from the produce of Canaan (Yehoshua 5:11-12).
