Rav Moshe Pallier of Kobrin (1784-1858), the first Rebbe of the Kobrin Chassidic dynasty, a close follower of Rav Mordechai of Lechovitch. His teachings are collected in Imrot Tehorot. He was known for his humility and his emphasis on simple, heartfelt prayer.
