The Toras Raphael, Rosh Yeshivas Volozhin (1837-1921). He reopened the yeshiva on a smaller scale in 1899 after its closure by the Russian government in 1892. He was a son-in-law of the Netziv and father-in-law of Rav Chaim Soloveitchik.
