The Noda BiYehuda (1713-1793). One of the greatest poskim of the 18th century, he served as Rav of Prague for over 30 years. His responsa, Noda BiYehuda, is one of the most widely cited halachic works in all of post-Talmudic literature. He also authored Dagul Mervavah on the Shulchan Aruch and Tzelach on the Talmud.
