Loving-kindness

Chesed is one of the most important values in Judaism, often described as acts of kindness that go beyond what is required. In Kabbalah, chesed is one of the ten sefirot (divine attributes) and represents God's boundless love. The Talmud teaches that the world stands on three things: Torah, worship, and acts of chesed.
