About “Blessing” in Hebrew

Jewish tradition prescribes blessings for nearly every experience—eating, seeing a rainbow, hearing thunder, or even waking up in the morning. The Talmud teaches that a person should recite 100 brachot each day. Each bracha begins with the formula 'Baruch atah Adonai' (Blessed are You, Lord), acknowledging God's role in every moment.
